Your company runs on your nervous system.
Stress management coaching for founders and leadership teams.
Welcome to Steadier, a private 4-month program that teaches you how to hold success without the constant tension in the background.
Sound familiar?
- Wide awake at 2am, running numbers
- Decisions stuck on a loop
- A shorter fuse with your team
- Can't switch off, even on holiday
- Running on caffeine and adrenaline
- Your body keeps sending signals: gut, jaw, shoulders, headaches
None of these mean you are failing. They mean your nervous system is doing its job. Now it’s your job to learn how to down-regulate, so you can get more done while feeling good.
Too busy with the launch? That's exactly when you need this most.
Mid-raise. Pre-launch. Board meeting on Thursday. The weeks you can't afford to lose are the weeks stress costs you most: even mild, uncontrollable stress quickly impairs the brain region behind planning, focus, and judgement. Ten minutes a day gives you back the thing you need most right now: a clear head.
Get your clearest thinking
Stress narrows the part of the brain you use for judgement. Learn how to switch it back on in minutes, whenever you need it.
Improve your sleep
Fall asleep faster and wake up actually rested.
Make better decisions
Pause before you commit, see more of your options, and choose from calm instead of pressure.
Enjoy your work again
Remember why you started. Keep your energy up as you keep building.
Take a break that works
Learn how to rest so you come back refreshed and ready to go, not just further behind.
Who this is for.
Founders, the leaders around them, and the teams they build. Any company stage. Anywhere in the world.
Founders & CEOs
You treat exhaustion as the price of building something. You carry everyone's pressure and have nowhere to put your own.
Leadership teams
You make high-stakes calls together. The steadier each of you is, the better those calls get.
Teams inside scaling companies
Growth is fast, roles keep changing, and everyone is quietly running on fumes.
Anyone who is “handling it”
You're coping. But coping isn't the same as thinking clearly, sleeping well, and enjoying the work.
How the work actually goes.
- Learn
The science of your stress response: neuroscience, biology, philosophy. Why your body does what it does, and why understanding it is what makes the practice stick.
- Practice
Breathwork, meditation, mindfulness. Real tools, 10 minutes a day. No incense. No chanting. No “manifesting.” Just techniques that change your physiology.
- Coach
Bring what's actually happening: the raise, the board, the launch, the co-founder, the family. We work on the problems in front of you and the patterns underneath them.

FAQ
I'm in the middle of a launch (or a raise). Should I wait until things calm down?
No. Things won't calm down, and the busiest season is when stress costs you the most: in sleep, in decisions, in how you show up for your team. The practice takes 10 minutes a day and is built to work during the hard weeks, not after them.
I've tried therapy, meditation apps and a retreat. Why is this different?
Apps give you content, not a coach. Retreats end on Sunday. This is a coached practice built on the biology of stress, adapted to your life week by week, with someone who holds you to it. Understanding why it works is what makes the habit stick.
How much time will this actually take?
10 minutes a day, every day, plus your calls. Think of it like the gym: you can't go once and get fit, and you can't get fit by reading about it.
Is this confidential, even if my company is paying?
Completely. The fact that you're working with me is confidential, and so is everything you share. Your company can sponsor your program, but it receives nothing about your sessions: no reports, no summaries, no attendance notes. Not your CEO, your co-founder, your board, your investors or HR. If a whole team is enrolled, nothing one person shares ever reaches another.
How do I know if it's stress or burnout?
Stress usually feels like too much: too wired, too urgent. Burnout feels like not enough: empty, detached, running on nothing. Both start in the same system, and both respond to the same skills. Coaching is not medical care. If your symptoms are severe or persistent, please also see a doctor or a mental health professional.
How do I actually switch off after work, or on holiday?
Switching off is a physiological skill, not a willpower problem. You'll learn how to signal to your nervous system that the day is done, so a weekend or a week away actually refills the tank.
Can this work for my whole leadership team?
Yes. Each person gets private 1:1 coaching, and the team gets a shared language for pressure. We can add group sessions or a private team retreat. Book a call and I'll put together a program for your team.
What if I miss a call?
Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed calls without notice are forfeited, as with any professional practitioner.

Chelsea Kane
Stress Management Coach
Before I coached leaders, I worked alongside them: a decade in tech and fashion PR, through launches, crises and the 1am emails. Stress eventually caught up with me. Learning to regulate my own nervous system changed everything, and it's the skill I now teach. No fluff, just practical science and tools that work in 10 minutes a day.
